Dr. Slava Al-Nabulsi

Dr. Slava Al-Nabulsi, known as "Slava the Jordanian," is a trailblazing entrepreneur and empowerment advocate. A first-generation immigrant, she overcame cultural barriers to build a thriving career as a dentist and founder of Greenwood Dental Partners.

Born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to Palestinian and Jordanian parents, Slava moved to the U.S. at 19 to pursue her dreams, later graduating from NYU School of Dentistry. With over 25 years of experience, she now uses her story to inspire others.

On Chatting with Slava the Jordanian, Slava amplifies the voices of immigrant entrepreneurs, sharing lessons of resilience and courage. Her mission is to empower listeners to eliminate limiting beliefs, embrace an unlimited mindset, and chase their dreams with confidence and purpose.

Dr. Ihab Abdelrehim, Ph.D.

Dr. Ihab Abdelrehim is a scientist, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations. He co-founded and served as CEO of Avogadro Analytical, an analytical lab supporting industries including defense, semiconductor, and biotechnology. Previously, he was a Business Development Manager and Technical Specialist in Material Science at Evans Analytical Group, working with top semiconductor companies.

Dr. Ihab earned his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from UC Davis and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Rutgers University’s Laboratory for Surface Modification. In 2016, Dr. Slava appointed him as President & CEO of Greenwood Dental, where he has since expanded the brand’s footprint. In 2024, he launched Greenwood Dental Franchise Group (GDFG) to help dentists establish their own practices with full support from GDFG, driving expansion across the U.S. and internationally.

 Dr. Maher Massis is a Palestinian-American scholar, author, entrepreneur, and advocate dedicated to amplifying Palestinian voices and advancing global awareness. Born in Dahran, Saudi Arabia to Palestinian diaspora parents, he holds a Ph.D. in International Relations, along with master’s degrees in Law, International Relations, and Clinical Mental Health. He serves as President of New Dominion PAC and sits on the boards of the Coalition of Palestinian American Organizations and the Palestinian Christian Alliance for Peace. Nada Abukishk is a Palestinian Jordanian American epidemiologist and global health scholar with over a decade of experience in humanitarian settings. She currently serves at the CDC Foundation in Boston and previously spent 10 years with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), supporting over 5.6 million Palestinian refugees. Her work spans critical areas including malnutrition, food insecurity, and non-communicable diseases, with field experience in Yemen and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Nada holds a Master of Medical Sciences in Global Health Delivery from Harvard Medical School and a Master’s in Human Nutrition from the University of Jordan. Her research is published in top medical journals, including The Lancet and BMJ Open. With a deep commitment to equity, identity, and impact, Nada is dedicated to transforming lives through public health.
