Beginning her career immediately after technical high school building audiophile-quality loudspeakers and imaging equipment, Rachel steadily advanced into leadership roles through determination, continuous learning, and hands-on experience. After becoming a wife and mother, she returned to college as a single parent, earning her degree while continuing to grow professionally. Today, Rachel is passionate about developing high-performing teams, strengthening workplace culture, and helping organizations navigate the evolving challenges of recruiting, leading, and retaining talent in today's rapidly changing workforce.
