After moving from India to the United States in 2016, Vas experienced firsthand the challenges of rebuilding identity, navigating unfamiliar systems, and creating opportunities in a new country. Those experiences inspired his mission to help immigrants, founders, professionals, researchers, and students better communicate their value and access the opportunities they deserve.
Today, Vas serves as the Founder & Principal Partner of Ascend HSI Advisory Partners and leads multiple mission-driven initiatives spanning immigration strategy, investing, media, advocacy, and child safety. His work focuses on helping people transform uncertainty into clarity and potential into measurable impact.
